Les cot\u00e9s repr\u00e9sentent 6 secondes chacun, la base repr\u00e9sente 3 secondes.  Retournez le pointe en bas, \u00a0\u00bb vers le Sud\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Apr\u00e8s avoir bien vider vos poumons, (ce que l&rsquo;on fait rarement quand on respire inconsciemment): imaginez un triangle devant vous, inspirez en suivant le cot\u00e9 gauche en montant en comptant 6, bloquez sur la partie horizontale en comptant 3, inspirez sur le cot\u00e9 droit en descendant en comptant 6 et recommencez. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez 5 \u00e0 15 fois cette technique quand vous sentez que vous en avez besoin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nota Bene: selon votre capacit\u00e9 respiratoire, vous pouvez remplacez 6-3-6 par  8-4-8 ou 4-2-4 , ce qui compte c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;adapter la technique \u00e0 votre capacit\u00e9 respiratoire pour ne pas vous crisper. Veillez \u00e0 rester d\u00e9tendu.
