Vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 remarqu\u00e9 combien respirer profond\u00e9ment simplement  3 ou 4 fois apaise l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand vous \u00eates un peu stress\u00e9, ou simplement d\u00e9concentr\u00e9,\nquand vous avez besoin de prendre de la hauteur par rapport \u00e0 une \u00e9motion\ndifficile, pour am\u00e9liorer votre sommeil et de fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, vous\nr\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer, il n\u2019est pas toujours n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019aller voir son m\u00e9decin o\u00f9 sa\nth\u00e9rapeute pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e&nbsp;\ud83d\ude0a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceux qui me suivent me connaissent, ma mission, mon leit-motiv, c\u2019est d\u2019apporter un peu plus de bien-\u00eatre, \u00e0 mon niveau, sur cette plan\u00e8te.
